The Reality

The Gap Is Costing Organizations Everything

Employers are uncertain. Employees are silent. The law is unambiguous. The cost of inaction is measured in litigation, regulatory action, lost talent, and organizational culture that cannot sustain peak performance. We exist to close this gap — with precision, with clinical depth, and with a methodology no other firm in this space possesses.

$210B Annual cost of unaddressed mental health in the American workforce
35% Productivity decline in employees with unresolved depression
$150K Maximum civil penalty per ADA Title III violation, subsequent offenses
2026 Title II digital accessibility compliance deadline for large government entities

About the Founder

L'Marie Armstrong

La Juanna Marie Armstrong — known professionally as L'Marie Armstrong — is a systems architect of human potential. With nearly three decades of business analysis experience and a clinical foundation in mind body psychology, she brings an uncommon convergence of behavioral science, psycholinguistics, and applied cognition to the compliance space.

Certified in clinical hypnotherapy through HMI College of Hypnotherapy with a 4.0 GPA honors degree, trained in conflict resolution through the internationally recognized Prison of Peace program, and published author of Navigating Careers with Mental Health Challenges, she operates from a singular conviction: genuine accessibility is not a legal checkbox. It is a transformation of organizational culture from the inside out.

Division B

Our Structure

Two Active Divisions.
One Unifying Mission.

ADA Compliance Strategies operates through two active divisions and one emerging sector — each addressing a distinct dimension of mental health accessibility, behavioral integration, and systemic reform.

Division A

ADA Mental Health Compliance and Organizational Inclusion

Division A is the preventive and educational arm of ADA Compliance Strategies. We work with organizations before exposure becomes violation — building the compliance culture, accommodation infrastructure, and psychological safety architecture that protects both employer and employee.

Serving small businesses through large government agencies, Division A offers three engagement tiers scaled to organizational size, complexity, and number of locations.

Engage Division A
  • ADA Titles I, II, and III mental health compliance auditing
  • Reasonable accommodation identification and strategic planning
  • WCAG 2.2 AA digital accessibility assessment and roadmap
  • Neurodivergency inclusion frameworks grounded in behavioral science
  • HR, manager, and executive training and facilitation
  • Mental health integration across departments and operational workflows
  • AI-assisted organizational assessment methodology
  • Policy and procedural manual development
  • Three service tiers scaled by employee count and locations
Division B

Rapid Stabilization and Governance

Division B is the corrective action and governance stabilization arm of ADA Compliance Strategies. We engage organizations already under exposure — EEOC complaints, DOJ investigations, active litigation, and post-judgment compliance requirements.

We deliver rapid triage, documentation integrity, executive risk clarity, and governance rebuild — working alongside your legal counsel and insurers as a corrective execution partner, not a legal representative.

Engagement initiation within 72 hours of executed agreement. Pre-filing through in-court active proceedings supported.

Emerging Sector

Corrections, Jails, and State Mental Health

The emerging corrections wing extends the mission of ADA Compliance Strategies into county jails, state correctional facilities, and state-operated psychiatric institutions. Drawing on Prison of Peace mediation methodology and behavioral science expertise, this sector addresses mental health compliance, inmate population programming, staff training, and policy advocacy within the criminal justice system.

A long-term objective of this wing is to influence law enforcement and criminal justice policy at the systemic level — including advocacy for joint mental health and law enforcement database frameworks that enable de-escalation in place of force.

In Development — Accepting Strategic Inquiries
  • ADA mental health compliance for correctional institutions
  • Inmate population programming and facilitation
  • Staff and corrections officer behavioral training
  • Crisis de-escalation framework development
  • Prison of Peace mediation methodology integration

What Sets Us Apart

The Science Behind Every Strategy

No other ADA compliance firm integrates clinical hypnotherapy methodology, psycholinguistics, mind body psychology, and neuroscience into its compliance strategy. This is not a supplementary approach. It is the foundation from which every assessment, every training, and every governance framework is built.

Our proprietary Five Suggestibility and Learner Types framework — including the original Phenomenalist addition authored by L'Marie Armstrong — ensures that every communication, every training, and every deliverable reaches all five cognitive pathways simultaneously, with minimal resistance and maximum retention.

01
Intellectual Processes and integrates information through logic, analysis, and reasoned argument. Requires data, structure, and evidence.
02
Emotional Receives and retains information through feeling, resonance, and relational connection. Requires story, empathy, and meaning.
03
Physical Integrates information through somatic sensation and kinesthetic experience. Requires embodiment and tangible application.
04
Somnambulist Receives information in a highly receptive state with strong response to direct suggestion. Requires clear, authoritative delivery.
05
Phenomenalist (Original Addition) Integrates through lived experiential perception and pattern-based meaning-making. Reads reality as language — synchronicities, numerical patterns, and witnessed truth as navigational data.
